Most of us make desperate attempts to alleviate it. We run from it, we medicate it, we lie and pretend it’s not there. We carry it around, we feel it in our bones, we hold it in our gut.
What do you do with tension?
What does it do with you?
And is it always bad?
What if tension could sometimes be a good thing? What if you learned to hold the tension in a way that you were stretched to hold more life, more strength, and more humanity? What if something new could grow in you and those around you if you learned a new way of holding it?
In today’s podcast (episode 2: tension), I talk about using tension to be expanded and become more you. And I make a few shout outs to episode 1 listeners. And I reference a short story I wrote in eleventh grade that I’m still laughing about.

In it together!
