This Good Word, Episode 33: Sobriety with Seth Haines
I came across Seth's book Coming Clean last fall, and I couldn't put it down. Coming Clean is the story of Seth's first ninety days of sobriety, after a year and a half of trying to drown his pain at the bottom of a bottle of gin. Seth's words are powerful, elegant, raw, and hopeful. I loved our conversation, and I know you will, too. Seth is a lawyer in Arkansas, the husband of Amber (an amazing author herself), and the father of four boys. You can follow Seth's writing on his website, as well as following him on Facebook and Twitter. And you can order Coming Clean here. If you are struggling with any addiction, or love someone who does, I can't recommend this book highly enough. It's a must read.Enjoy.Please, please, also read Amber Haines gorgeous book, Wild in the Hollow.
