I love getting to introduce you to my friends. I met Charles about five years ago when I was in a very lost season. He has become the kind of friend who I instantly feel connected to no matter how long its been. I've preached at his church twice, and I love being around him. His wife Jen is this smart, amazing, beautiful woman who has been on a two year journey of "losing her childhood God." We had an intimate conversation about it late one night when I was visiting them in Peoria last month.
